I've got the iPhone version and can confirm that it too is terrible. I was really disappointed when they released their Android app, because it looked really strong with some great features -- none of which has migrated to the ios version in any meaningful way.
I can also confirm that the percentage score shown for each move always indicates the success of that move from White's perspective. So, if you're building a White repertoire, take a close look at moves with high percentages; and if you're building a Black repertoire, look for "low" scoring moves.
Hello. I just purvhased ChessBase for iPad in the hope to use it to build my repertoire. I must say i am quite disappointed. All i see is number of games playedd for each moes in the database, and a pecentage score. I believe the percentage score indicates the percentage of games won ( for white?for black?) with that move but not sure and found no indication whatsoe.
Does anyone use it? Any tips on how to leerage it efficiently?
