Chesstempo VS CT-ART (random problems VS problems arranged for instruction)

I like chesstempo and it has been helping me, but im thinking that CT-ART might improve my game faster since the problems are arranged and chosen from a chess instructor (thus increasing recognition in actual games) as opposed to just being random problems.  What do you guys think?  Would CT ART improve me faster since the problems are arranged for instruction?

CT ART is better in my opinion, if you do it on the right time scale. I have used it and my (REAL) rating has since drastically increased by about 400-600 rating points

I have Peshka but am actually using the course Chess tactics level 1 and chess tactics level 2 to prep me for CT Art.

I think the Peshka programs are great for systematic training.  I DO really like chess tempo but it is for different reasons.  (sort of after trainin training if you will)
