Dgt e-board, Bluetooth, & smartboard feature differences?

I have a DGT Smartboard. I bought the board in 2019 to be able to download the games I played on it otb to my PC. With Chess Live from DGT

But I have a lot of problems downloading the games played. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and I have no idea why.

Maybe there is something wrong with my DGT Smartboard?

Douse the regular DGT boards and the DGT bluetooth e-boards have the same problem?

I think the support for this is pore because not many people use the boards to download the games saved in the internal memory to there PC

Can we use the dgt smart board with official video electronic pieces? Will it function? Because smart board is quite cheaper then e board and i also decided to buy the official world electronic pieces please anyone say

Have you tried downloading the latest windows drivers from dgt website? And for best results, use a usb cable with the bundled Fritz software to import the games off the boards.

As long as the official fide pieces are actually electronic chess pieces made by dgt, yes, they should work.
