ChessNoter is the way to go.  Have used at all major tournaments over the past 2 years.  Customer service is stellar and the developer (Joey Troy) is constantly improving the product with free upgrades.

This is a worthless statement in this topic.

Electronic game notation devices provide a number of positives that is not possible with the written score sheet.

Also, no one has stated the need for anything to be cheap, let alone super cheap.

Agreed!  Its a great device and I encourage all my students to get one.
