Don't know a solution, but imho, it hardly warrants a re-install.
If an over powering urge to re-install comes over you, walk outside and catch some rays, go for a walk even.
By the time you come back, the urge will of passed and all will be right with the world again.
Btw, this advice more or less applies to about 99% of all the content posted in the forums of chess.com. 
I don't know if anyone can help me with this but I'm going to give it a shot.
I've played 65 games since I have had F-12 and when I start a new Friend Mode game it said I've played 66. I NEVER forget to save a game to my Database so I don't know what has happened. I really don't want to have to re-install the game just for this. Im the kind of person who wants everything in order and to make sense. The handicap went down from 239 to 226. As much as I would welcome the extra points taken off I don't want my program to be not sync'd with the database. Anyone have any idea on how I can fix this.
