In general, I think the rating estimates given by Fritz are higher than real OTB ratings. Was this your question?

Read the manual that comes in the box:
"...subtract 350-400 points for a FIDE-rated estimation."

Sorry but I can't find any manual "in the box" if you mean the dvd.
And I can't find anything about fide-rated estimation in the on-line help either.
But i assume the Fritz rating is higher then a OTB-rating.
When playing friendly games against fritz 15 you get a rating. How does this compare to OTB chess with same time controls?
