Fritz Problem

Hello all! I have never created a new topic in the forums here at chess.com, rarely visit forums besides 'lurking', and so I hopefully am not breaking any rules/unspoken etiquette in posting this here.

I have the program Fritz 13 on my computer, and I greatly enjoy playing through and adding analysis to the games from books I've read, articles, etc., but I have been having an  admittedly minor, but very obnoxious, issue.

When I right click any spot in the notation box while viewing a game (to, say add an '!' or '?' mark to a move), and I input whatever it is I wanted to do, the square where the pop up menu had been is left blank.

The only way to 'fix' the error is to change the size of the notation box, but this gets very annoying very quickly. I know this is a minor issue but, if anyone else has experienced the same issue and has managed to fix it, I would greatly appreciate your advice/information.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
