@Onegin, yep, you were right, the culprit is Part 31. The hash for Part 31 didn't match, and I downloaded it three times just to make sure. So Part 31 is corrupt. I looked to see if the Internet Archive had an older copy, but no luck.
Gaviota TableBases
We all need to use the other website provided by that person jaaas at the beginning of the forum. That's what I did
By the way, EscherehcsE, I've downloaded latest version of Arena (3.5.1- it's a debug version and looks the same as 3.5) but it still has problems with EPD files. Now you can't even open EPD window. It pops up for a second and then disappears. Do you know how to report these kind of bugs?

I'd say your best bet would be the Contact link:

That would be the thing to do until the Cygnitec site fixes the corrupt file.
The problem I see with the "pwnedthegameofchess" site is that it doesn't give the md5 hash values of the files. Although I wasn't able to download the complete zipped file in the parent folder (I got a size imbalance error message), I WAS able to download all of the individual files, and I was able to verify the hashes.
You can get the md5 hashes of the files by downloading the g345-cp4.md5 file from this link: https://web.archive.org/web/20150116012114/http://www.olympuschess.com/egtb/gaviota/
Actually, theoretically, you could also download all of the individual files from the archive link. But, I didn't check to see if there are any broken links, and I also noticed that the Wayback Machine's servers don't support restart, which means if you pause the download or if the download stops or hangs, you'll have to start the download over again from the beginning.

One more tip for checking md5 hashes of tablebase files - I like to verify the hashes whenever I download tablebase files, or even when I copy the files from one folder to another on my hard drive.
What works for me is to download a copy of the Md5Checker program and put a copy of the program inside the tablebase folder, along with the file of hashes (that is, the g345-cp4.md5 file mentioned above). You can leave these two files in the tablebase folder permanently, as they don't interfere with tablebase operation.
Then, whenever you want to verify that the hashes are still good, you just run the Md5Checker program. It usually only takes 10 seconds of setup and maybe a minute or two of program run time. (Once the Md5Checker GUI is open, just click on the "Add" button at the top, then open all of the tablebase files along with the g345-cp4.md5 file. You can block-highlight the files just before opening them.)
Here's an archived link for the Md5Checker program. (The Md5Checker site seems to be down right now for some reason.)

Wow... That is quite a science around these hash files! I've never checked those hash files before but I will definitely learn from the your lecture above. The way I detected problem with those 4 Gaviota files is I was unzipping that 53 part split zip file and I got error message in the zip window. And then I downloaded them individually from that other website (thanks to JAAAS) and added them to the other 5 men files and everything works fine now with the Arena GUI and Gaviota TBs.
By the way, I've installed that utility that adds Hash tab to file properties icon. And, probably, if I figure out all this business about checking sums I'll use this tool as well.

how to extract the files typed \\5.7z.001? please help regarding
Did you read Post #3? That post explains how to do it.
(P.S. - I just checked Part 31, and it is no longer corrupted, so you should be able to use the link in Post #1.)

OK, I see..
