Michael Stean - Simple chess. If you haven't read that book that there is no contest Smile

If you haven't read Silman's Amateur Mind or How to reasses your chess, then I would consider thoese.

Another good book on your list that I'm going through and starting to like more and more is "600 chess lessons from tactics to strategy"!

Looks like he already has simple chess.

It looks like you do not have Palliser's "D-pawn attacks" book. It complements well Zuke Em, so I would suggest that.

You might want to pick up one of the "Supplemental Reading" books on my Amazon How To guide for the Colle-Zukertort.

Oh I thought it was like a wish list! If that's a library than it's pretty extensive Smile

I don't think I saw Bronstein Zurich 1953 on your list!

Or "Mastering the closed game" by Edmar Mednis!

Excellent suggestions, My Friends!

"The King" by Donner and "The Black Lion" will be my "stocking stuffing"
