Hello Richard, this kind of set is listing 2nd hand nearly every day in Germany, it comes in a hundred varieties but they are all of that distinctive style. So, if you want a board (or set) like this, easy, while if you want the exact board it's a bit like a needle in the hay stack. The pyrography is in constant flux.
Have a look at this old thread. Only a few sets have the acorn bishop's mitre and coloured flowers, but the obelisk bishop's have come a long way, too.

I think they are of Polish making and sets can be as old as at least 1940ies. They may still be made today.
