Hi to all,

I would like to take my chess to a whole new level. Now I have Deep Fritz 13 and Chessbase 11 and would like to improve with them. I would like to know how to get videos/volumes for chessbase, and any good books to sharpen my middlegame and edngame.

I am not quite interested in it, because you can learn far more yorself than on sites like chess.com, and thus its free.

I'm with BowerickWowbagger about getting a premium membership  but only figuratively since he's a suspicious character under govt scrutiny (or should be). You could try one and then cancel it if you don't like it - look up membership under HELP & SUPPORT.

Let me know if you find any "free videos/volumes" for F13 or CB 11 (I have F12 and CB 9) In the meantime even as a free member there are tons of articles and blogs you can access here, as well as the tactics trainer and other stuff under "LEARN" at the top of the page.

Finally if you can learn far more yourself why do you need any videos/volumes?

Actually all those videos can be found free on internet and books also. I just need names. :)

But okay, I don't want to be mean with you : anything written by Eric Schiller is awesome stuff - get all you can from him and learn everything by heart.

Make sure also to practice lots of blitz games against DF 13 till you can score about 10% against it, check thoery with Chessbase 11 after every game and learn all the games played by people above 2300 rating, then enter some tournaments, and you'll become World Champion material in no time...for free !

You can call it as you wish, but i am only 15, and thats only way for me to get some of that. You need to be resourceful to suceed in your life. Thanks for your support, but playing blitz against d13 isnt problem for me. I am able to play above 30 moves with it and to have equal position. :) Can you explain me a bit more what it is a check theory? in chessbase

I guess lying is also one of your values to succeed in life... If the above statement was any true, you could just go to any OTB tournament and get your 2200 FIDE rating on the spot : no need to hunt for any other teaching material...

Actually its not lying friend, and my aim is to get 2300 OTB asap (in 3 months max) and so says my coach. Thats why i wanted to boost up work i do on my own.

In case you didn't notice ivan1997 is from Bosnia so english is probably not his primary language. How good is your Serbian, Bosnian and/or Croatian?
