Identify plastic (Drueke?) pieces

Sort:
ogbumblingpatzer

I'm trying to identify this set of plastic pieces that I was given recently. My friend found them in an antique shop, though they do not look used at all and the set has four queens. She remembers being told they were Drueke, but I'm not sure. Red and white, weighted. King is 2.32" witrh 1" base, weighs .9 oz. Sorry for picture quality!

Any ideas?

Yes Drueke they are a little older I know if you go to ebay, you’ll see some examples.

Thanks. I finally found some that appear just like it: Drueke American Design #23 Red and Natural -- maybe someone added a pair of queens from another set?

Very interesting design! I've never seen anything like them. What is the material?

From memory sets didn't include extra Queens prior to the 1990's

@PhoebusX They are plastic!

@Made_in_Shoreditch Regardless of when extra queens became more common (it was definitely less common in the 90s, even, at least in my experience), I haven't found any mention of such sets in Drueke's advertising for the pieces nor in the material associated with similar sets sold on Ebay.
