I have got a few things from The Chess Store this year, one within a couple of weeks ago. Their customer service is lacking a little, but my shipments seem to come right on time. They don't always answer emails or phone calls though.

Crappov that set loos like mine, is that the Bridled Knight set?
Just an update, I called them shortly after I wrote the original post and I was indeed able to order a replacement white and black pawn. They took care of me. Very happy!

It's good news that it's still in business. From my own experience, I can say that problems of a different nature can arise. It's the most important issue to me, and I would rather seek professional assistance.
a while back, I purchased this set of pieces:

Somehow over the years, I have lost one white pawn and one black pawn. I have emailed them 3 times to see if I can purchase the pieces individually and they have never replied. They want about $750 for a new set. I only remember paying about $250-300 back in 2011. Does anyone know if they are still around? Does anyone know of a way to replace these 2 pawns? For now I am using 2 pawns from a similar set... they are a little smaller and not the same shade but it works. Thank you for your time.
