Michael Roiz - The Nimzo-Indian Defence

resp Maaike Keetmans Nimzo course on Chessable if you habppen to have an account there

are the 2 ressources I know of having good reviews

Play the Nimzo-Indian by Dearing, the Nimzo MbM book I dont know but an older one by Alburt/Dzindzichashvili/Perelshteyn "Chess openings for black - Explained" had a section about the Nimzo/Bogo which was at the time pretty well received, but not sure how up to date it is.

I would suggest you The Nimzo Indian Move by Move by John Emms I have not read the book but my friends say it that is helpful.

John Emma is himself a Nimzo Indian Player for 30 years I am not able to remember what are the contents exactly but he tells his experience with Nimzo Indian.

A couple more taking into account Nf3 so they're not just Nimzo books:

Nimzo and Bogo Indian by Sielecki

The Modernized Nimzo - Queen's Gambit Declined Systems by Pavlovic

If you take into consideration the Bogo as well, "The modern Bogo"  by Antic and Maksimovic - so if  you re into the French as well, their book "The modern French" would set you up for black.

The Emms book is excellent, I/'m working through it as present. Play the Nimzo Indian by Dearing is another excellent repertoire book, perhaps not quite as good as the Emms' Move by Move but good nonetheless. The Gligoric Play the Nimzo Indian gives a brief overview of strategies for either side then illustrates by relevant games. Perhaps a bit dated as it was published in 1985, but unless you are a GM I doubt that matters.
