Hello one day when I was at the library and needed to find a certian book the librarian went on some website to find it right where I live only and a list of library's in the state where I lived came up they didn't have the book but they told me what library to go to. So I was wondering is there a website where I can look up certian book's in my area (Don't say google because they website didn't look anything like google or ask.com).

Detroit Public Library (by the way, I used Google to find it). On the left, click on "Search for books and more."

What about an interlibrary loan? If the branch that has it is close, it's faster to go there in person. But if you're lazy and willing to wait, it should be delivered to your local branch in a few days.
