A few good suppliers such as Chessbazaar, Royal Chess Mall and Staunton Castle offer free shipping, House of Staunton also have free shipping on certain sets. They're obviously not in Europe but they will certainly give you a wider choice, and for 200 Euros you can definitely get something nice.
@Tank1366 but if ordering overseas you gotta count on something called import duties
