Hey so I received a call from my uncle saying he has this cool chess set he received when moving furniture from a house. I checked the chess board for any logo or stamp but I couldn't find one.. I found some newspaper articles and one dated back to the 1990 i don't know if it's older than the new or if it's considered an antique. I know the pieces are from wood but the type? I don't know. Anything would help and I'm glad to answer questions thanks!
What a find! That is from the early first century (around the time of Christ) and it is worth 1 BILLION (US$)
Tell uncle Jalavan he should insure for the maximum amount he can, go get a good auctioneer and don't take less than $990 MILLION. In fact, start the bidding at $990 million.
