Is it normal that they do not reply at all when I ask for help via email?

I have asked two different questions a longer while ago and got nothing.

I cannot log in into Yearbook app due to some server error and got no help.

I hope they are still there, not a bankrupt or something, because I have bought some subscription :)

I always got quick and very helpful answers from NIC.

I find the response time and support I get from NIC to be excellent. Perhaps you need to recheck the address you typed?

It was nic@newinchess.com.
I got no bounce back from the mail server about invalid email.
Also nothing in spam.

And I cannot find any other contact form.

I checked my old e-mails and that's the address I used. I always got an answer within 24 hours.

And I cannot find any other contact form.

Mine two inquiries are already delayed two weeks.

Maybe I should try using different email address.
