New In Chess support

I find the response time and support I get from NIC to be excellent. Perhaps you need to recheck the address you typed?

I got no bounce back from the mail server about invalid email.
Also nothing in spam.
And I cannot find any other contact form.
I have asked two different questions a longer while ago and got nothing.
I cannot log in into Yearbook app due to some server error and got no help.
I hope they are still there, not a bankrupt or something, because I have bought some subscription :)
