Bobby Fischer® Series Cavalier chess pieces. Sold by American Chess Equipment until a couple of years ago. That design is now out of production with no plans to bring it back, per Shelby Lorman. You will have to buy this on the resale market if you can find one.
You might also want to check out the original Pacific Games Cavalier chess pieces--also out of production, unfortunately.
Actually I take back the bad thing I said about these pieces. I recognize that the same knight is on he cover of the English language 1953 Zurich Bronstein book. Although on the cover the plastic looks better. At first I thought the image in the original post is of pieces reproduced by a 3d printer due to the color of the plastic characteristic to 3d printers.

These plastic pieces were seen in this video reviewing tournament/travel boards. Can anyone help identify them? I tried emailing the author/poster of the video but no luck.
