Please help me to identify old chess pieces

The boxes including the broken 1943 box.

1943 on the right and let's say maybe 1946 on the left.

..wow!

Some pics are twisting and turning no idea why. Dates on bottom of the broken box (it came that way...intend to fix it) and 1944 scratched on top.

There is a broad arrow mark just before the date. That means that Jaques made this set for the British military. The broad arrow is on British firearms and all other military equipment.
