problem with deep fritz 12

hello,this is my 1st post,and thought this is the correct category to post the problem with deep fritz 12..the problem appears when I select "handicap & fun" option & start playing..in this case fritz starts to play very badly(plays like a 900 rated player even when rating slider is at 1800!),I checked the processor usage & saw the program is using above 200 mb ram but very little cpu(about 0%-3%!!),also "coach is watching" is selected but the coach never appears even if I hang my queen!

fritz only uses 100% processor when I select "play deep fritz" from the main menu,the coach also appears then..but at full strength I cant match it so is there a way to make it play like a 1800 rated player?
