The [position value] is in the brackets. A value of 1 is a one pawn lead and a value of .3 is roughly one tempo which is 1/3 of a pawn. The first line of 1 [-1.29] 4.... Nf6 (0.00) Has black with an advantage of 1.29 The following number in ( ) is the duration that the machine spent coming up with the answer. The (3144.88) was the duration and after spending that long, it changed its conclusion from 1.29 to [-0.52] which is still an half a pawn lead which is awesome for black since he starts with an 0.27 disadvantage because of having 2nd move of the game.

Hello Chess.com!
When I look in the window that contains the lines of analysis, it looks like this (I've abridged it, as I do not feel like typing the 40+ lines I currently have):I apologize for asking what has possibly been asked multiple times before, but I could not find an answer on the forum or with Google. I left Stockfish overnight to analyze the following position I commonly encounter over the board against a friend of mine:
1 [-1.29] 4.... Nf6 (0.00)
2 [-0.82] 4.... Nf6 5.Nc3 (0.00)
3 [-0.36] 4.... b5 5.Nc3 c6 (0.02)
[...]
27 [-0.52] 4.... Nf6 (3144.88)
Now, I know that the number enclosed in brackets is the engine's evaluation of the position following the conclusion of the line. My question is this: What are the meanings of the numbers (A) preceding the bracketed numbers and (B) the number enclosed in parentheses following the conclusion of the line? For example, in the final line I listed, I do not know the meaning of the numbers 27 and (3144.88).
