IMHO, romanian hungarian from chessbazaar should be your ideal choice.

Well you have to adjust since all your creiteria is hard to met.
You need an ebonized chess set with 4.5" K height and should not be more than $150. The link I suggested you have around 4 sets, 1 set is ebonized and it is well under $150.

Check out the House of Chess store on eBay. I've purchased at least 5-6 sets from them over the years. A great bargain is their 4" Monarch set for only $75, plus $13 shipping from India. I'd put it up against sets selling for up to twice the price. Plus, many other sets to choose from at their eBay store.

1. 4.25 inch king
2. Ebonized
3. Weighted
Budget :
Cheapest possible (because it's for blitz play only, with some abuse).
Prefer under $100.
$150 maximum.
Please recommend some options, I know it's not an easy task , that's exactly why I'm asking for help.
