"the requested operation requires elevation" when adding UCI engine?

Hi folks,

Have any of you come across and solved this "chess puzzle?"

When trying to add Stockfish to Fritz 12 as a UCI engine (create UCI engine), I always get "the requested operation requires elevation" and cannot proceed.

I tried googling everywhere but it seems NOWHERE on the entire Internet has anyone discussed "the requested operation requires elevation" + "fritz" (or even "UCI").

I tried to change permissions for everything, the entire Chessbase folder, the Stockfish EXE file, etc. using some Windows permission editing tips I found on some technical site (I am not concerned about security, this is a Windows 10 machine I just use for chess stuff).

Help.

I checkmated it! For anyone else who encounters this problem... haha, I had downloaded the wrong Stockfish version for my CPU family. Check the CPU specifications and release date (mine was from 2012). Now everything is working great.
