The “black” pieces should be brown or black, or of other dark shades of these colours. The “white” pieces may be white or cream, or of other light colours.
Your red isn't white, cream or light. But it can pass as brown to use as black pieces.
Most important : Does FIDE alow red pieces in oficial tournaments? I would like to use my red pieces
