They both veneer and not wood isn't it?
Which chess board is better out of those two !?

The price of 1st board is ridiculous for the quality. You can buy beautiful Drueke Solid wood board for that price.

They both veneer and not wood isn't it?
Yes, the first one is way better than the second one. But the price is more than twice for what you get.

Can you explain why first one is way better?

Can you recommend anything better ?
Must be folding and very important must include compartment for the chess pieces , because when you play outside your home you don't want to carry just folding chess board, then pieces separately and the box in which you store pieces etc... it's much easier just this type of chess boards one item , one piece.

21" Folding Chess Set
This is similar to the board in Amazon but at much reasonable price with 10% extra off and free shipping.

Yes - The $USD199 price of that board is outrageous for the quality. The second board by Wegiel appears to be a good value, (and made in Poland)....
Also, check out these board options by (Raphael Neff's) ChessHouse.....they are a first-class chess products retailer....great quality and service....
they appear to offer the same folding board as House of Chess...

Oh, that is not necessarily so.
I have used the same House of Staunton Liberty Series set for blitz, for at least 1 1/2 hours per week, for over 15 years. I also have used the same Chronos clock with this set. I have switched to a Chess House FlexPad board for the last 2 years.
The Liberty set is a reproduction of a Pinney set. That set wears like iron. It has been knocked around with no real signs of damage at all.
For playing blitz or rapid games .
What is the difference between this two and which is better in your opinion ?
