What is the best mode for us to go into? is there a way to enable sound so we can hear each other speak + share controls over analysis board?

No, but you can share controls on the analysis board if you want and use any of a million different apps to talk.

Thank you but how do i add a person....lets say i go into analysis mode...then starting position appeares..how do I add another user? what is the function/steps to follow?
