his english is great, although he usually does not have a mic. Also he is on the younger side so I don't know if that will be a problem @MavicWong is his account.

I'm guessing the OP graduated already and no longer needs community service. I also doubt that training a 42 year old would count as community service.
...
Never mind. I see OP is still responding.
I'm 1400 but recently shot up to 1650 because I won 2 games, and the rating system adds or takes away a lot more points if someone has been away a while. I'll probably fall back to 1400 soon enough.
I first learned chess at age 9. My brother and I got good enough to beat our parents, who only looked one move ahead to see if the piece they just moved could be taken at all. We did not know checkmates other than promote 5 pawns.
My parents bought us tactics books. That took me to 1000 strength. Then I met a 1300 coach at my school. He taught me basic mates and basic opening principles. I quickly hit 1200.
Then more books as an adult to hit 1400.
Then I quit studying books because I have life responsibilities and goals and already play at a social level. I don't see how getting stronger will improve my life. It will only prove how much I studied a game that my opponents did not study, which does not prove I'm stronger than them.
I would like an efficient way to hit 1800, but it is not a priority. Watching lots of YouTube 2000 level games likely took me to 1500.

Hello, my name is Archie I am from Wales and need coaching im very bad
Hey archie, feel free to dm me!
Your rating is chess.com 1700, not other site 1700, so that means you are stronger than me.
I bought a bunch of books, and do lots of puzzles.
Hello I was wondering if you can coach me. I learned how to play when I was 4-6 but was really bad I just got back into chess a couple of days ago and I am really bad.
Hey guys, I'm 17 and beginning to look for colleges, I need community service hours for my school, I will be giving out free chess coaching to anyone who mails me! All you have to do is fill out a little sheet after we finish the lesson. Lessons can be anything from game analysis to playing and live analysis or just advice. I am new to this but love teaching and feel confident, my discord is Chesser#0090 so we can voice chat.
