I think first you could have a look at your Chess Insight to understand where you are.
Using the past performance comparison, if shows for example that in the last 90 days you have missed 40% of mate in 1 compared to 20% before. It would suggest to do more tactics I would say.
It is also shows for example that you do not perform well against the Ruy Lopez in the last 90 days, it is a fairly popular opening so maybe use the learning tools to expand your knowledge.
