Help me reach 2000 rapid on lichess

My highest rating ever on lichess was 1984, right now I got it all the way back up to 1937.  My goal is to reach 2000 within the next month, I have unlimited time to spend practicing and playing.  I am never losing out of the opening, sometimes I go get poor middle games but many times I have promising positions and either play too slow and become incredibly close to flagging or i start playing to hastily and lose my advantage and material all in efforts to not flag.

What should I work on to speed up my play in the opening and middlegame, along with having better technique in converting the endgames?  Who should I watch on YouTube/Twitch or whose Master level games should I look over?

I play Nf3(King's Indian Attack) with white,

King's Indian Defense and Dragon Sicilian with Black

if you would like to increase your rating then you should try some chess improvement websites. there are lots of websites out there but so far my favorite is chessmood.com also aimchess.com is really good

Hikaru and Magnus have played on every site just about, there must be some reasoning behind it. One of the reasons was because chess.com would kick you after a minute of inactivity which could easily happen if you lose connection, but Lichess you are less likely to lose connection you can play multiple game at once. The amount of games I lost because of disconnecting through no fault of my own is probably around 100 on chess.com(I actually dropped below 1600 as a result of this), on Lichess I've lost none for this reason

Another reason is the free analysis and game review tool, the piece schemes are so much more attractive than on Lichess, removes only take .01 second off of your time instead of 0.1 on lichess.

I want to train both Rapid and 30|0, 30|0 on chess.com is not only a nightmare because of how fast people move and don't even use half of their time, but I am not aware of any decent size 30|0 tournaments on chess.com. Lastly I have already reached my Rapid rating goal on chess.com of 1700 but not me lichess goal of 2000 which obviously even though it is around the same skill level is a much nicer number.

You need to practice on Endgame and Positional Play, and your ratings will blow up!

There is about 100-200 rating difference between the two sites. That does not make Lichess worse.
