Hello everyone!

I am very new to chess and I play like a beginner. I was wondering if anyone wanted to help me better my game and coach me. I do not have any money to offer, so it would unfortunately be free coaching. If anyone wants to help me, I thank you very much. Please DM me if so.

Try to go to a local grocery and buy goods "for free".

How about you work for me for free?

I have been playing chess for 2 years. I am progressing, but the clock ( timeout) costs me many games. I admit my decision making is often very slow. I need to be faster to make a decision so as to avoid time problems.
Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

What time control do you usually play?

Play longer games like 30 or 45/45 will be long enough.

I see you have been playing 30 0 games and have lost 778 games of your games on time.

Out of 4508 rapid games, that is a huge number.   Your stats say that 37% of the games you lose are lost on time.

The obvious suggestion is to play a game with some amount of increment.  A 15 10 game would allow you to have a chance of saving many of the games where you lose on time in a positionally winning situation.

Perhaps also doing some drills like timed Puzzle Rush-  not Survival--  would improve your tactics speed a bit.
