I don't think many people can/want to guess every random move by 400 rated players in a game.
If you want to make a puzzle, a good puzzle asks the solver to find a string of connected and logical moves against the best possible defense to achieve some specific goal- either a winning position or some decisive win of material.
You might for example have made a puzzle of the position after black's 23rd move.
