In Chess Mentor's lesson #PEB039, there's a point at which it says the black king's move is forced because if he goes the other way, the white king has another option that wins. The trouble is I can't figure out how to turn that alternative move into a win. I have tried playing the position against the computer, and black is always able to force a draw.

The following diagram shows the starting position from the lesson, followed by the alternative moves that the lesson says should give white a win. Can anyone help me see how this becomes a winning position?
