I think I'm the first one... (at least according to Google).
According to google there is 8765.81277 hours in a year, and the UN has 192 members
so, the correct answer is: 8789.81277 * 192 = 1,687,644.05184
EDIT: I forgot to add the 24 hours of the extra day... now it is correct (I think).
