Remember to look for tactics in every position in actual games. It's much easier to see a tactic when you know there is one to find. But in games it is easy to just play automatically thinking there is nothing there. Also it takes some time for the tactical themes to imprint on your brain so you recognise them in the first place or see them quicker in a game.

Tactics is the most critical part of the game, but not the only one. You can try to improve your endgame/strategical skills.
Also, tactical game is not only about finding amazing moves, but also about avoiding blunders.
Try to analyse your games in order to see where you should improve
So I'm practicing tactics every day (elsewhere, where they're free), and I have a rating which fluctuates around 1400. Yet my rating in classical games is like 1110. Why is there such a huge difference? How can I try and fill the gap?
