how do you get to advanced settings?

When you click on "settings" it actually doesn't give you all the settings. There is an advanced cstom training session settings screen that will allow you to choose which courses you want to cycle through. However the only way I know to find the advanced setting screen is to go to help and then click on the link there. Is there an easier way?
