Well im really good at the game Operation, but i also know that im not qualified to perfrom surgery on anyone.

my tactics rating is 2000+ and am 1600 rated on this site so you're normal.

Ive been looking into this and realized that if there are no tactics to solve in the game - your tactics rating doesnt  matter much. and to have tactics appear you have to play positionaly well. so this is the department we are lacking in comparing to our tactical understanding - positional play.
