At the very beginning it said :

It didn't tell me which square to move so I have to click "Key Squares" and know the destination square is e4
then I played Nd6,Ne4 , both correct! But lost 5 points!

Are you taking to long to move? In tactics trainer, and most training games, you have to move with in a certain amount of time. If you take to long, but still move to the correct square, you will still lose points.

Yes,I read English very slowly,but as Zigwurst said"CM doesn't penalise for time". You can have a try , if your correct in every move,you will get a full point,no matter how much time you cost.

I don't ever remember getting penalised for time in CM.
This is a good site, albeit with flaws, but the ratings are unimportant and not changing anything, especially the ratings that have nothing to do with the actual playing of games. Just don't worry about the ratings and you'll enjoy chess a lot more :) (btw I am a serious chessplayer, before you go into any "you don't care about ratings because you don't care enough" nonsense)
Yeah these ones are stupid.
The site tries to do too much and staff work from home so everything is broken.
