My opponent always comes out with this opening for black. He then brings bishop to e7 and castles kingside. What is my. ( white's) best moves???

possibly castling Q-side and attacking with all you got on the K-side.   His N-g6 will be kicked by your aggressive "h" pawn

Horsey's right. The Bermuda Triangle of Chess is from h5 to e8 to h8 & back. If you go in there w/ all you got, then you're either gonna disappear or come out smiling.
