Standard SF line since at least SF9. Probably in SF8 with enough cores and depth.

I did find 1 game in my db with that move though.

11... b5 is a logical move. Sacrifice a pawn to open file. I usually do that. Cos it is quickest move to counter attack opponent king when your king side is under serious attack. If they dont take it, the pawn will further advance to attack king shelter. Check this video,

The specific move 10h4 has been played in GM games long before chess software was powerful, and the general idea long before that.

At least makes change from in depth analysis of ply 1, in this forum.

The same idea comes up in the Gotenburg Deferred variation of the Sicilian Najdorf.
