Is a book about a specific opening or an video tutorial better for one to study?

Books are much better than videos if you're to study chess seriously. I'll just list a few reasons below:

1) With a book (paper or digital) you can bookmark whatever interests you and inspect it later. This process is easier than marking and revisiting 06:32 on a Youtube video.

2) You don't have to buy a book to know if it meets your expectations, thanks to the rigorous book review industry. Anonymous comments below videos are hardly as reliable.

3) From my own experience, a 15-minute read contains a lot more information than a 15-minute video. I can notice details when reading, but I can't remember anything other than the main points after watching a video.
