If they play c4 you want to play c6 as well as Ne7 and you should be good.

The exchange french will always be boring...nothing is going to change that.
In this system White will want to play c4 so you always want your pawn on c6.
Why hxg3? fxg3 is far better, A more sturdy King side and an open file.
DONT UNDERESTIMATE YOUR OPPONENT! As for the developing part, I think White stands MUCH better!
