A resurrected Rubinstein variation?

There is a straightforward variation in the Rubinstein that scores pretty poorly for Black.  But recently, I have come up with some new ideas to get equal chances.

What do you think.  Is there any way for White to put a stop to my idea?

I've never seen a variation with a queen side fianchetto by black. I know Purdy wrote about a variation where black plays 4. ... Be7, then Nf6 next, so if white plays Nxf6, black recaptures with the bishop and has the bishop stationed on f6 for the rest of the game, defending the castled king.

I have played Fritz many times using this opening.  It is really funny because at the beginning of the opening, Fritz evaluates it as a +1.10 advantage to White.  When I implement my ideas against all of the variations it tries, its evaluation slips and it begins to show somewhere around -.01 by move 15!

Pedersen also gives 5. Qf3 c6 and later explains it to be +/-.  But I have found 5. Qd5!  This puts an end to White's discoveries against the a8 rook, while enabling Black to trade Queens if White moves the e4 knight.  A line may go e4 e6 d4 d5 Nc3 dxe4 Nxe4 b6 Qf3 Qd5 c4 Bb4+ Bd2 Bxd2+ Nxd2 Qxf3 Ngxf3 Bb7, when Black has a comfortable game and will equalize in a few moves.
