So I don't expect mutch from this, I am trying to start something off.  Basiclly I learn the basic openings get my peices out and have a look at structure and potential outposts,potential weak squares,strong sqaures mine and oppoments,and cheaks captures and disoverys and go from there what is ask is for basic sicillan vienna catalan plans helping my play i wonder if anyone can help?

so in this french kings indian after whitecastles he dominates space d4 is strong or white and g5 a usefull outpost f5 mabee a future move with the idea of a pawn the one of the nights can drop to d2 to strenghen c4  also you could drop the bishop back to f1 exhanging bishps or really secureing that diagonal this is what i am looking for in other oenings!!

There is no such thing as a Sicilian Vienna Catalan.

Good try tho.

If you want a knight on c3 (like in the Vienna Game) and a bishop on g2 (like in the Catalan) then just played the closed sicilian dud.

learning how to play pawn structures --- generally play where your pawns point and where you have more pieces than your opponent or where you have a space advantage.  controlling the squares in the center of the board is optimal because from the center your pieces can shift to either wing if necessary.  see master praxis
