Anti-Grundfeld Book

hey I was wondering if there is any book on the anti-grundfeld. more precisely the position afther 1.c4-g6 2.Nf3-Nf6 3.Nc3-d5

or perhaps any book that tackles on the English Opening? the above mentioned books are not anti - grunfeld exactly because you still have to play the lines of grunfeld.

or Beating the Fianchetto Defences by GM Grivas, though I havent read that book.

Not aware of any book for the black side. Yelena Dembo's book, for example, is complete for Kings Indian players but advises avoiding the anti-grunfeld with c4 e5.
