Not bad, although I prefer 5. d4 for white (playing at undermining the center), and 6. dxe4! for black (playing at controlling the d file)
In your final variation I would actually much prefer black. Its hard how white can generate an attack (although admittedly black is moving slowly as well), due to c3 opening the d file, and f4 opening lines around the king. What exactly is white going to do to free his position?
