I've been playing chess for a while and wanted to learn some new openings. As white, I usually play King's opening. As black, I sometimes mirror my opponent or play Sicilian. Any other good ones? I'm around a 1200-1100 elo range.

"wanted to learn some new openings" ++ There is no need to learn. Stick to what you have experience with to accumulate more experience. Each time you change openings you lose more.

"As white, I usually play King's opening." ++ That is good

"As black, I sometimes mirror my opponent or play Sicilian."
++ Both 1...e5 and 1...c5 are good. Pick one and stick to it.

"Any other good ones?" ++ You need a defence against 1 d4. E.g. 1...d5.

"I'm around a 1200-1100 elo range." ++ Then openings should be the least of your worries.
You lose games because of tactics you miss, not because of the opening.

I switched over to the English when I crossed over 1200 mainly because I didn’t enjoy e4 positions or playing into my opponents prep or bog down in theory. Beaten players as strong as 1900 despite being an intermediate 1400.

With that said, I worked very hard on my tactics training first and foremost to go along with learning, achieving enjoyable and playable middle games; thru a coach wirh a goal that I can enjoy for a long time. Winning is also fun 🤩

OP, DM if you want to put an enjoyable repertoire together.

Unfortunately most of us are slow and need coaching or guidance; I can only speak on experience and witnesses.

Well done on your part.
