What is the best opening for a player with the rating of around 1200?

I have been looking and i like the A00 Hungarian but i would like some good players opions

There is no such thing as "the best" opening.

For a player of around 1200, the best thing to do is learn the basic opening principles (i.e., control the center, develop your pieces, castle early, don't move the same piece twice unless you have to until all your pieces are developed, etc.). Make sure to apply those principles in your games. If you insist on learning a specific opening, stick to the tried-and-true classical openings which are still considered theoretically sound today: Ruy Lopez, Guiocco Piano, Queen's Gambit.

I think every chess player starts with Giuoco Piano. That teaches you simple opening principles. You can branch out from there to the scotch, evan's gambit, etc... The only problem with just playing the giuoco is that it doesn't give a player a taste of how dynamic things can get. For that, you will want to try things that involve maybe an early exchange, or openings that move a little out of the center. King's gambit can be quite lively...but some people feel it's too risky. Players eventually develop their preferences. The important thing is to have fun and learn...you will see "opening principles" in any opening. So try things out. One of the best resources is the "opening explorer" on this site and others. You can see what are the most popular moves, and then maybe you can look at them and understand why. Best of luck!

I disagree about the giuoco piano. The Giuoco piano when white plays c3 should only be used if white knows the opening very well. To get an advantage, I'm pretty sure he has to make a complicated gambit. If he doesn't the game will be very boring, you won't learn much, because black can just copy white. Ruy lopez is a little easier to understand and if you make a few mistakes in it you can still have a good position. If you like 1 d4, start with the queen's gambit (make sure you know how to get the pawn back if black takes and tries to hold on to the pawn.) unfortunately I'm not sure what you should do as black.
