Best Chess Opening Against e4 and d4?

I've been struggling lately playing on the black pieces. Could anyone suggest an opening that works against e4 and d4? I have no problems with white, so I just need help playing with black.

That is a loaded question. What do you prefer?

The Blocked Center? French and Kings Indian (7...Nc6 vs Classical)

The Mobile Center? Grunfeld and Alekhine

The Static Center? QGD and Closed Ruy Lopez

The Open Center? Petroff and Nimzo lines with early ...d5 and ...c5

The Dynamic Center? Najdorf and Kings Indian (Avoid 7...Nc6 vs Classical, Avoid 6...e5 vs Saemisch)

That's a lot of options, so I might as well try them all. Thank you!

Actually trying them all , for X number of games in say 5/0 will reveal your preferred style of chess openings. Regardless of what recommendations you get others, these are the ones you should settle on for quite some time.
