Bird’s Opening is good for many, as is the Benoni / Benko.
There is also the Budapest Gambit, I believe and the Blackmar-Diemer Gambit.
I have to say I don’t play any of these, but I’ve been beaten by the Bird’s, and the Benoni and Benko are/were very popular. The gambits are a bit less good, Ithink
